In the third friendly match during the training trip in Thailand against Nunthaburi United – a team playing in (Thai League 3). With superior strength, coach Vu Tien Thanh’s team easily won 6-1.

In preparation for the 2024/2025 season, HAGL had a training trip and friendly match in Thailand. Through this training trip, Coach Vu Tien Thanh can test and perfect the squad to aim for the goals of the new season.
In the first friendly match with Prime Bangkok Club, coach Vu Tien Thanh’s team won 3-1 against their opponent thanks to 2 goals from Minh Hieu and 1 from Jairo.
After this match, coach Vu Tien Thanh was quite satisfied with his players’ performance. He said: “Although the team is in the process of practicing with a very heavy curriculum, the players have tried their best and their physical strength has improved well.”
In the second friendly match in Thailand, HAGL faced Custom United Club. In this match, coach Vu Tien Thanh had some experiments, but the Vietnamese representative still won with a score of 2-1. The two goals were scored by Bao Toan and Minh Hieu.
The third match just ended a few hours ago, against Nunthaburi United – a team playing in (Thai League 3). Although playing in Thai League 3, Nunthaburi United’s squad has 3 foreign players from Portugal and Korea.
On the HAGL side, coach Vu Tien Thanh proactively arranged two reasonable lineups to play in each half. The players from the mountain town took advantage of their abundant physical strength, pushed up their lineup to play offensively and continuously put pressure on the opponent’s field. Under pressure from HAGL Club, Nunthaburi United’s defense struggled, leading to mistakes and a 1-6 defeat.
HAGL Club’s goals were scored by Vu Minh Hieu, Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Vo Dinh Lam (2 goals), Thanh Dat and Ly Duc.
