On the afternoon of September 9, Lai Chau Provincial People’s Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. Comrade Vuong The Man, Chief of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee, was transferred to the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lai Chau province, for a term of 5 years.
Attending the conference were comrades: Le Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Dao Thi Lan Anh, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organizing Committee; Department of Industry and Trade; Office of the Provincial People’s Committee.
At the conference, Comrade Dao Thi Lan Anh, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, announced Decision No. 1267/QD-UBND dated September 6, 2024 of the Lai Chau Provincial People’s Committee, transferring Mr. Vuong The Man, Chief of Office of the Lai Chau Provincial People’s Committee to take up the task at the Department of Industry and Trade, appointing him to the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lai Chau province from September 6, 2024, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

In his speech assigning tasks, Comrade Le Van Luong – Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People’s Committee affirmed that Comrade Vuong The Man is a cadre with knowledge, experience, leadership and management capacity accumulated from the grassroots. During his work, he always strives to comply with the Party’s guidelines and policies; the State’s policies and laws; maintains political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; and successfully completes assigned tasks.

In his new position, with the role of advising the Provincial People’s Committee on state management of the industry and trade sector, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee requested that Comrade Vuong The Man quickly approach and catch up with the new work; promptly assign tasks within the Department’s leadership to proactively and closely follow the central and provincial work programs to proactively advise the Provincial People’s Committee to effectively implement the tasks and fields of the industry.

At the same time, proactively review the functions and tasks of the industry to urge the implementation and completion of key tasks set out in 2024 and the following years.
