It is known that in recent days, due to the influence of storm No. 3, heavy rain in Tuyen Quang province combined with Tuyen Quang Hydropower Plant opening all 8 bottom spillway gates has caused floodwaters on Lo River to rise, causing inundation in many areas.
In the urgent flood news on Lo River and Gam River from Tuyen Quang Province’s Hydrometeorological Station on the evening of September 10, the flood situation on rivers in the area is still complicated. The flood disaster risk warning level is at Level 3.
