At the event, Miss Huong Giang chose to sit next to singer Ho Ngoc Ha. The judges of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 contest expressed their gratitude to the singer. Singer Ho Ngoc Ha revealed that at first, Miss Huong Giang only invited her and her family to go out, not mentioning that she would have to sing in front of thousands of people at the music festival. “I was also nervous, not knowing what to sing appropriately in a program that attracts a large audience. Honestly, in every program, I think I need to do new things for myself and attract the audience,” the singer expressed.
Miss Huong Giang’s compliments for singer Ho Ngoc Ha also dispelled rumors that the two were at odds when they sat in the “hot seat” of a reality TV show in 2023. At that time, Miss International Queen 2018 had spoken out to deny rumors that they had “turned their backs” on Ho Ngoc Ha. “There is definitely no such thing as a “turn of the nose” because we are both adults. With the final Top 4 result, she continued to participate in the program “Amazing Race” and registered for the Miss International Transgender 2018 contest. Currently, Miss Huong Giang is both a producer and a member of the jury of Miss Universe Vietnam 2024.
