At about 4:40 p.m. on August 11, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan with a license plate from Ha Tinh province was traveling on Le Loi Street from the Old Vinh City Bus Station to Vinh Market.
When approaching the intersection near Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan turned on its left turn signal.
This time is near rush hour, many vehicles are running behind.
However, just a few seconds after turning on the left turn signal, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan suddenly went straight without turning on the right turn signal.
At that moment, a girl riding a motorbike behind couldn’t react in time and had to brake suddenly, falling onto the road.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan did not stop to see if the woman who fell on the road was injured or not, but continued driving.
Some passersby stopped to help the girl and pulled her motorbike to the side of the road.
The video shared on social media received many comments from the online community saying that the Rolls-Royce Cullinan driver needs to review his traffic awareness to avoid unfortunate accidents.
