During the period, 87,210 billion VND/272,374 billion VND were recovered through civil judgment enforcement (reaching a rate of 32%); during the investigation, prosecution and trial, security measures were applied to recover more than 25,782 billion VND/more than 1 million billion VND (reaching a rate of more than 22%)…

National Assembly delegate Vu Trong Kim (Nam Dinh delegation) pointed out that the “collusion” between state officials and businesses in recent major corruption cases is not new but has been going on for a long time, and was serious when discovered.
